Synergy’s patented PaveSmart system provides; survey accurate, variable depth, asphalt paving and milling level control.

Used on a range of high profile projects throughout; Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region; the PaveSmart system can be fitted to any asphalt paver or milling machine to control levels to survey accurate, millimetre tolerances; ensuring compliance with the most stringent contractual specifications whilst allowing for the effects of differential asphalt compaction.

Synergy’s consultancy services includes the PaveSmart system and operator; along with field surveying and design.  Our experienced PaveSmart technicians and field surveyors will ensure critical design elevations are achieved creating a super smooth surface and within grade and design parameters.

 

 

The PaveSmart system uses a process of an initial Robotic Total Station survey to determine the precise asphalt paving or milling depths for each consecutive running lane the machine is required to operate on.  This results in the creation of a paving or milling survey grid table.  This survey grid table is then uploaded to the PaveSmart grade control system.

 

 
 

 

As the paver or milling machine travels along each previously surveyed running lane the PaveSmart system automatically controls the hydraulic system of your paver or milling machine to achieve the desired survey levels with millimetre accuracy and even accounts for the effects of differential compaction.  The dedicated PaveSmart technician monitors the system and performs real time quality analysis.  A subsequent survey is undertaken providing the contractor with full conformance reporting.
